Farmhouse and B&B
rivergaro, Italy
This project was commissioned by a private client to renovate and repurpose a former agriturismo into a contemporary hospitality space and artists’ residence overlooking the Val Trebbia. Located in a sensitive landscape area subject to approval by the Heritage Authority, the visualizations were developed to clearly communicate the architectural volumes, landscape integration, and overall impact of the proposal. The masterplan consists of six distinct buildings designed to host guests and artists, along with a panoramic swimming pool oriented toward the valley. Starting from a basic DWG drawing, the project evolved through detailed site analysis, including terrain modeling with natural slopes, definition of building volumes and circulation paths, and the integration of carefully selected tree species chosen together with the client to reinforce the dialogue between architecture and landscape.
